The smell was so awful that animal control officers thought one of them might already be dead. The person responsible has admitted to struggling with harmful impulses. Providing access to professional treatment while preventing contact with animals is not only compassionate, it's essential.   Sign the petition to urge authorities to give this person a lifetime ban on animal ownership and mandatory mental health counseling!   In 2021, this person served time in prison for recording and posting videos of extreme animal torture, including skinning and hanging cats and dogs. Yet just two years after her release, she was cited for animal neglect. This raises serious concerns about her ongoing relationship with animals and her ability to follow court orders. But this petition isn't just about punishment. It's about ending the cycle of violence before more animals are hurt. That means enforcing a permanent ban on animal ownership, and pairing that with mandatory, ongoing mental health counseling.
